If i had had the information to order a book earlier so tht it would arrive before the class, it would be more useful. I arrived the morning of the last day and because I was in class, couldn’t go to po. box and get it…now, if I had the class replay right away, they would be useful but they a re a few weeks out….if in the very beginning, all these classes had been well explained to me on their costs and what extra money was necessary….it would cause me less desire to cancel and stop having panic attacks over the bill….if I was truly hand held and helped thru my first 2 deals while I learned so I would have the $20,000-$40,000. it would have changed the stress

Good Training And Corporate Vision

Lee and his Team show a great passion to seeing that their clients succeed. There is need for additional support for those starting off in real estate investing who may not have a lot of resources.Also, the Proof of Funds Letter procurement process seems a bit disjointed and expensive for now. A better way of handling this may be for the company to have a uniform monthly charge for UNLIMITED POFLs.

The presentation was very good. I was just disappointed with how quickly the review for the test was. As a teacher, I know how important review is to students who are to take the test. I think time management could have been better. Having the REI guy come in was valuable, but it ate up too much time.

Regardless of where you are in your investing career right now, I can guarantee you that I’ve been there.

It all began with two life-altering moments in my life that set me on the millionaire trajectory. Both happened when I was in my early 20s.

Like most self-made millionaires,I began at the bottom of the financial food-chain. My humble beginnings started as a bag boy at a local grocery chain in Spokane, Washington working for $3.90 per hour. My first “aha moment” happened while I was aspiring to a management role at the store and was reading the life-changing book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. Suddenly my management aspirations looked very small, but my future possibilities became extremely big.

My second “aha moment” happened while I was sitting in a philosophy 101 course in college. My attention span was divided between the slow ticking of the clock and my professor’s long winded discussion on the economy. While the minutes ticked by, he let it slip that he was making only $45k a year. That information and the knowledge I gained from Kiyosaki’s book, made me realize I was on the wrong path to success and needed to make some very important changes fast. From those experiences and an influential nudge from an incredibly persuasive late-night infomercial, I went into real estate.
