Job Description:

The Consumer Quality Control Analyst II will be part of the Compliance Team and focusing on the regulatory and operational quality of all aspects of consumers lending. This includes creating standardization, monitoring, and maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and Consumer laws, rules, and regulations. This position is also responsible for the creation, review, and edit of policies and procedures as needed, and any other projects/programs consistent with Compliance and Corporates objectives.

Additional duties would include holding daily huddles to set the targeted plan for the day, identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within the processes. Maintain awareness of Quality Controls volume metrics, productivity targets, and always look for opportunities for continuous improvement.

This position performs job functions on-site and reports directly to the Compliance Officer.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 2 years experience in the banking industry. (Retail and/or Lending Quality Control Quality Assurance or Risk and Compliance.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and accurately within required timelines.

· Knowledge of internal computer applications/systems such as, MS 365, Encompass, TCI, Rata Comply, and Caylx Point.

· General knowledge of the consumer lending industry and quality control requirements.
